We have been in the Storage Business since 2002, diversifying into container storage units in 2006. As we live on site, our storage facility provides added security and peace of mind for our customers. Our secure yard is accessed by only one entrance (see Gallery). All traffic entering and leaving our yard, passes our home. We have full 24-hour monitored CCTV security coverage and German Shepherd guard dogs. Each individual storage unit is supplied with a high-security lock. Customers are welcome to add additional locks to their storage containers if they wish.
24/7 access to storage available
Our yard is open from 8am - 6pm, Monday – Saturday (excl. Bank Holidays). Access out of hours can be arranged, offering a flexible 24/7 service.
Your own fully-insulated, vermin-free, clean storage container
Our storage containers are properly maintained. They are fully insulated, preventing any condensation or extreme temperatures. Furniture, antiques, bedding, clothes, documents, etc. all come out in the same condition they went in. Our storage containers measure 8ft. wide, 8 ft. high and 20 ft. long.
Competitive rates for short and long term storage
For business users, our rates include VAT, which is fully refundable for those who are VAT registered, with the remainder of the rent tax-deductable.
Free closed-in furniture-removal trailer available
We provide a trailer, measuring 10 ft. long, 5 ft. wide and 6ft. 6in. high for our customers. Conditions apply. A photo of our trailer can be seen in our Gallery.
Good access and handling space at each storage container
The entrance gateway to our storage facility lies just yards off the main Limavady to L'Derry road and provides good access for removal lorries, vans, trailers, etc. to offload at the door of each storage container.
