We provide self-storage for the North West area of Northern Ireland, primarily Co. Londonderry/Derry and Co. Antrim: Derry/Londonderry, Claudy, Dungiven, Eglinton, Ballykelly, Limavady, Coleraine, Portstewart, Portrush, Garvagh, Ballymoney, etc.

We are located just off the main Limavady to Derry/Londonderry road and our storage facility is well signposted.

Established in 2002. Since then we have been committed to providing reliable and secure storage solutions.

Why you should choose us for storage of your valued possessions

  • As the business owners live on site, this provides added security for your goods. Our secure storage facility is accessed by only one entrance (see Gallery page). All traffic entering and leaving our storage facility, passes our home. We have 24-hour monitored CCTV security coverage and the added security of a guard dog. Each storage unit is supplied with a secure lock.

  • Our yard is open from 8am - 6pm, Monday – Saturday (including bank holidays). Access out of hours can be arranged, offering a flexible 24/7 service.

  • Our storage containers are fully insulated, preventing any condensation or drips. Our storage containers measure 8 feet in width, 8 feet in height and lengths available are either:

    • 5 feet (40 square feet)

    • 10 feet (80 square feet)

    • 15 feet (120 square feet)

    • 20 feet (160 square feet)

    You can also upsize or downsize on your move in day subject to availability.

  • For business users, our rates include VAT, which is fully recoverable for those who are VAT registered, with the remainder of the storage cost tax-deductible.

  • The minimum storage period is one month. For personal customers, the cost of our storage service is prepaid for the month ahead. If you give notice to terminate your storage agreement after the initial minimum one-month period, we will refund days paid for in advance for any period after the termination date subject to the terms of the storage agreement.

  • Purchase Order (PO) numbers can be included in monthly invoices. Our rates include VAT, which is recoverable for VAT registered businesses. We can provide proof of Public Liability Insurance.

  • The entrance gateway to our storage facility lies just yards off the main Limavady to Derry/Londonderry road and provides good access for removal vans, trailers, etc. to offload at the door of each storage container.
